1. Delivery across the UK

We offer nationwide shipping within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation, and you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is handed to the courier.

2. In-store collection

Prefer to collect in person? Choose "Collect in store" at checkout and your order will be prepared at 16 Carlton Terrace, London E7 8LH. Once ready, you will receive a six-digit collection code by email. Bring this code (and photo ID matching the name on the order, if asked) to collect your fragrance from our team.

3. Delivery times

Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an item has been dispatched.

4. Order tracking

Every shipped order includes a tracking number, viewable from your account order history and included in your dispatch email, so you can follow your delivery until it arrives.

5. Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
